Bought two homes and sold one with Jorja between 2013 and 2017. Everything related to these transactions with Jorja was smooth and professionally done. Jorja is always available ( shame on me for those 10 pm or 6 am text messages or emails). Her replies are always prompt. Jorja's knowledge of the local market and listings is absolutely astounding. She senses what the client is looking for and knows which properties meet the criteria. In our case we bought our first home in 2013 after looking for about 6 months. Must have looked at 50 or more places. We loved the house but immediately started looking for the " forever house".We had sold our Oregon home and needed a place to live. That process took nearly 4 years and numerous showings with Jorja periodically calling and saying " I've got one for you to see". And in 2017 we found it and bought it. The sale of our first home took just over 4 months. Jorja showed it frequently and kept us in the loop. The closing was easy with Jorja coordinating inspections and document signing. If we were going to buy or sell again, which we don't think we will, Jorja Beal will be our agent... she really is " Wickenburgs ( only) Full Time Professional Realtor"
